How to replace the air filter of the BMW 3 Series

The air filter of the BMW 3 Series model e90 is located inside the front hood, resting on the right along the lower part of the engine. To replace the filter, we must open the front hood and remove the filter cover by unscrewing the four screws. Remove the filter by pressing on the sides and proceed with cleaning the filter box. Insert the new filter and close the cover of the box. The air filter should be replaced at least once a year, although ideally to maintain optimal vehicle condition, the filter should be replaced every six months.
