How to replace the suspension bushing in the BMW E46?

Model: BMW Serie 3 E46 - Years 1998-2006
Part: Bushings

Replacing the suspension bushing in the BMW 3 Series E46 is a simple operation. In addition to the replacement bushing, we need a 16mm socket wrench and a jack to facilitate access to the bottom. We lift the car and go under it, near the suspension. With the socket wrench, remove the two bolts that hold the bushing fixed to the frame, then extract it from the suspension arm. Force may need to be applied. Once extracted, mount the new bushing making sure it is well inserted and fix it by tightly screwing the two bolts.

How to Replace the Alternator on an Opel Meriva

First, release the bonnet from the lever and lift it. Disconnect the battery to protect your electronic devices. Now locate the alternator position on your vehicle. Remove the belt by unscrewing the tensioner pulley to take it off. You can now remove the bolts securing the alternator. Working on the rear of the alternator, disconnect the cables and pipes attached at the back. This allows you to extract the alternator from your vehicle and carry out the necessary work.
