To replace the fixed glass of the rear door on a BMW 3 Series, first remove the inner door panel. You can remove the panel by loosening the screws located under the armrest and those found beneath the trim at the top of the panel. Once all these screws are removed, you can detach the panel. At this point, remove the seals to access the screws underneath, so that the fixed rear glass can be removed and replaced with a new replacement part.
