Today, in this video tutorial, see how to remove the rear hatch panel and the trunk release button on the BMW 3 Series. First, open the rear hatch and immediately start by removing the plastic clips located on the carpeted trim of the door itself; then, use a very thin lever to unclip and remove the hatch, as shown in the video. At this point, proceed to remove the button by unscrewing the screws and disconnecting the electrical connector; then reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!
