How to Reset the Service Light on a BMW 3 Series

In this video, you will learn how to reset the service light on a BMW 3 Series. Start by pressing the button below the fuel gauge as shown at 1:20. Keep the button pressed until you can scroll through the required maintenance menu, as shown at 1:35. Once you reach the maintenance you want to reset, press and hold the button: after a couple of seconds, you will be asked for confirmation; release the button and press it again for about 5 seconds (the message "reset in progress" will appear). At this point, you can release the button and the reset will be complete.
