How to Reset the BMW X3 Service Light

If you have replaced the engine oil and filter on this vehicle, you need to update and reset the service light that will be illuminated on the dashboard. To do this, you can watch the video and read the instructions provided below, which detail the procedure to follow. After sitting in the driver's seat, turn on the ignition by pressing the start button. Press the button located on the left side of the dashboard twice because the maintenance reset message does not appear. Confirm by pressing Ok using the same button, then turn off the ignition and turn it back on to verify that the reset was successful.
