How to Reset the Service Light on the BMW 1 Series

In this tutorial, you will see how to reset the service light on the BMW 1 Series. Before performing this simple and quick operation, ensure you have completed all required maintenance tasks. Start by turning on the instrument cluster, then press and hold the button located on the left side of the dashboard, just below the speedometer, to access the maintenance menu. Next, scroll through the various services using the directional arrows on the left stalk, and once you find the relevant service, press and hold the "BC" button to begin the reset procedure.
