In this tutorial we can see how to replace the coolant in the BMW 5 Series, a very simple operation. First of all, open the bonnet and remove the front cover by unscrewing the two bolts indicated, then place a container under the radiator, locate the red bleed cap and unscrew it. Once all the refrigerant has escaped, we insert simple water in order to carry out an internal washing. At this point we can tighten the bleed plug and insert the quantity of liquid necessary to reach the ideal level, indicated on the expansion tank.
