How to Replace the Turbocharger on a BMW 5 Series

To replace the turbocharger on a BMW 5 Series, open the hood to access the components inside the engine bay. At the top, locate the exhaust manifold, which must be completely removed to access the turbocharger underneath. Once the manifold is removed, you can find the turbocharger. Disconnect its connectors and remove the mounting bolts from the supports, accessing from the bottom of the engine bay. This will allow you to install a new replacement turbocharger, ensuring everything functions correctly.
