Model: BMW Serie 3 E46 - Years 1998-2006

In this guide we will see the procedure that will help us in the process of disassembling and replacing the steering angle sensor of the BMW 3 Series. First of all, we get on board the car and begin to remove the plastic cover that we find above the pedal unit; after which it will be necessary to disassemble the steering joint located under the car, by unscrewing the fixing screws, as illustrated in the video. At this point we disconnect the joint and remove the brake sensor; then we subsequently disassemble the steering angle sensor, installing the new original sensor to ensure its compatibility!
