Where to Find the Fuse Box of the BMW 5 Series E60

Unlike many other car models, in the BMW 5 Series E60 (2003-2010), the fuse box is not located in the engine compartment or inside the cabin, but in the rear trunk. To locate it, first turn off the car and lift the trunk lid. Then, remove the plastic cover located on the lower right side of the trunk and find the fuses you are looking for. Before you can safely work on them, you must completely disconnect the battery of your BMW 5 Series E60.
