Where is the Battery Located in the BMW 5 Series?

In this video, you can see where the battery is located in the BMW 5 Series and how to proceed if you need to replace it. As shown, it is not in the typical location under the hood but is positioned inside the trunk. To access it, first open the rear hatch, then remove the floor panel and take off the plastic frame by unscrewing each mounting bolt. Once that is done, you can disconnect both terminals, starting with the negative, unscrew the bolts of the upper bracket, and remove the battery from the housing.
