This video shows how to reset the service light on a BMW X3 model E83. First, press and hold the left button on the speedometer. Next, turn the key to the first position to power on the instrument cluster without starting the engine.

Once done, the display will show "RESET". Release the button, then press and hold it again for about five seconds until the message starts to flash. Finally, release the button and press it one last time to confirm and execute the reset.
