BMW Serie 3 - Video tutorial

Model: BMW Serie 3 E92, E91, E90 - Years 2005-2013
Part: Fuse box
Operation: Where are the fuse boxes located on the BMW 3 Series E90/E91 version?

In the BMW 3 Series, there are three fuse boxes: The first one is located in the trunk, on the front passenger side wheel arch, and contains high amperage fuses; the positions vary depending on whether the vehicle was built before or after March 2007. A second fuse box is located inside the glove compartment. To access the box, you will need to open the compartment and rotate the two clamps. Again, there are different versions for vehicles built before March 2007, between March 2007 and September 2007, and from September 2007 onwards. In the engine compartment, there is an electronic module called the E-box, which is located in front of the front passenger. Here, you need to differentiate between turbo versions up until March 2007 (and from 2007 onwards) and naturally aspirated versions (with the same division).

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. Also in this case it is not necessary to remove it completely but, paying attention to the connected cables, it can be stowed in front of the passenger seat. At this point we notice that at the base of the handbrake lever, on the front, we find a nut. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise. Once adjusted, the center console can be repositioned first, pressing lightly to engage it, and then the profile of the gearbox base.
