BMW Serie 3 - Video tutorial
Model: BMW Serie 3
E46
- Years 1998-2006 It may happen that the switching on of some warning lights such as that of the ABS control or traction lights lead us to have to reset the ECU of our car. It is possible to do this with a few key moves, without having to resort to the help of the mechanic. You have to arm yourself with wrenches, gloves and pliers. The car must be turned off and without power for at least a dozen hours. As if it were totally discharged, and could in no way discharge current on us. The hood of our car must be unhooked, opened and secured with the dipstick. The cover that covers the battery housing must then be opened, hunting for the positive battery connector. The positive connector must be removed delicately, unscrewing the nut that tightens it with a wrench. After some time has elapsed, the positive connector must be reconnected to the relative pole of the car battery. A quarter of an hour later the dashboard warning light should be off.

Frequently Asked QuestionsHow do you adjust the clutch cable on the Kia Picanto? To be able to adjust the clutch cable of the Kia Picanto you need to open the hood so that you have access to the components inside the engine compartment: in order to reach the cable you will need to remove some components on the right side, such as the battery and the air filter. Below them you will find the clutch cable, which will have to be adjusted by screwing or loosening the bolt placed at the end of the cable. This will make the pedal harder or softer; after the adjustment, it will be possible to assemble all the components by closing the hood. by ScegliAuto More videos
