How to reset a BMW panoramic roof

In this video we can see how to reset a BMW panoramic roof; it is an operation that becomes necessary if the battery is disconnected or if the car is not used for a long period. In these cases it must be re-initialized and it is a procedure that can be done by yourself without having to go to the dealership. Actually, the roof works but in a limited way and some functionalities are not active. Turn on the ignition. Press the roof button as if to open the sunroof, and hold it down for a few seconds: the roof will start its configurations, but we must continue to hold down the button until it has completed the scan and beyond. Turn off the ignition, then turn it back on and now the roof has been reconfigured normally.
