To replace the left window switch on BMW E90, E91, E92, and E93 models, first remove the cover of the armrest on the inner panel of the referenced door. You only need a flathead screwdriver to remove the structure, which is snap-fitted.

At this point, apply pressure from the bottom up to release the switch block that controls the windows for the entire vehicle. You will need to replace it all together, then reverse the procedure and close the door panel.
