What should you do if the software of your BMW freezes or does not connect properly to your phone? If you experience Bluetooth connection issues or if the screen shows problems or slowdowns, a reset may be necessary, which is actually a quick process.

Simply press and hold the vehicle's power button twice, located on the centre console or under the air vent (this depends on the model).

The car's screen will turn off and back on twice after you release the button for the second time. This will reset all software issues.
