How to Program the Buick Encore Remote

In this video, you will learn how to program the remote for the Buick Encore. Sometimes you may lose your key, or if you have a new key, it can be helpful to know how to link it to your vehicle. This task is not difficult, but it requires about 30 to 35 minutes. The first step is to sit in the driver's seat and insert the keys into the ignition. Using a timer, like the one on your phone, turn the ignition on and leave the keys in this position for 10 minutes and 30 seconds. After the required time, turn the keys to turn off the vehicle, then turn them back and repeat the same procedure for another 10 minutes and 30 seconds. After this time, repeat the same process again. Finally, turn off the ignition, turn the keys again to off, and remove the keys. At this point, the remote has been reprogrammed.
