In this tutorial, you will learn how to replace the key fob battery on a Cadillac ATS, a very simple and low-cost operation. To do this, get a small flathead screwdriver and a replacement CR2032 battery.

First, press the button located at the bottom to extract the emergency metal key, then insert the screwdriver into the indicated slot and, using leverage, separate the two halves of the key fob. Once this is done, remove the old battery and insert the replacement, ensuring it is positioned correctly.
