To replace the battery on a Cadillac ATS, open the trunk to access the components inside. Here, you can detach the rivets that secure the carpet and plastic coverings on the inside, allowing you to remove them and access the components underneath.

Near the left taillight, you will find the battery, which must be freed from its housing by disconnecting the cables and unscrewing the mounting bolts. This way, the new battery can be inserted, connected, and properly secured.
