How do you remove the rear seats from a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado?

So removing the rear seats is not complicated but it requires a bit of skill and time. Move the front seats forward to have more space.

Then lift the rear seat cushion by pulling it upwards firmly, it should come off. Now move on to the backrest, it is usually fixed with 15mm bolts at the base so you will need a ratchet wrench to unscrew them. After removing them, tilt the backrest slightly forward and remove it from the upper hooks.

If you have the version with foldable seats, you may need to remove a few more screws. Once everything is done, lift carefully and you should be finished.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
