How to Change the Diesel Filter on a Chevrolet Captiva

Lift the car on a column lift, locate the diesel filter (as shown in the video). Use a socket spanner to undo the large securing bolt of the container (disconnect the wires and various hoses from the filter) where the diesel filter is situated. Once the filter is removed, take it out of the vehicle (replace it with a new filter). Finally, refit the filter to the associated container in the vehicle (connect the hoses and wires) and tighten the appropriate bolts. Close the bonnet after maintenance.
