Replacement of Front Headlamp Bulb

Model: Chevrolet Kalos MK 1 - Years 2002-2008

To replace the front headlamp bulb, it is necessary to remove the headlamp itself: open the front bonnet and start by removing the front mask secured with two screws. Next, unscrew the screws securing the headlamp (one side and two top), remove it from its housing by pulling it forward and disconnecting the connector attached to it. Detach the rubber protective cap from the bulb holder, then the retaining spring of the bulb, and extract the bulb to replace it with the new one; then reattach the spring and cap, and reposition the headlamp in its housing, tightening the securing screws.
