How to Replace the Passenger Side Sun Visor on a Chevrolet Captiva

Removing the sun visor from your car is the easiest maintenance task you will ever encounter! To do this, simply unscrew the screws that hold the sun visor attached to the frame. Use the appropriate screwdriver. If the sun visor does not fall immediately after unscrewing, it means it is anchored to the frame, so you will need to apply some force and slide it out sideways. Once removed, you can observe the structure of the sun visor and the hole where it fits. Now position your new replacement against the frame and use your other hand to insert and screw the screws into the designated spaces (initially just place them lightly, and once all are inserted, tighten them firmly).
