To replace the rear shock absorber on a Chevrolet Traverse, lift the vehicle so that the corresponding wheel is not in contact with the ground. Once lifted, loosen the mounting bolts and remove the wheel to access the components at the rear. Here, the shock absorber will be accessible, secured to the hub and the upper part with specific bolts: by unscrewing these bolts, you can completely remove the old shock absorber and replace it with a new one. After removal, reinstall all the components that were taken off.
