How to Replace the Key Battery in a Chevrolet Sonic

In this guide for all 2019 Chevrolet Sonic owners, you will learn the steps necessary to safely and correctly replace the button battery located inside the key. First, locate and press the gray button at the top of the cover to release the emergency key from its side slot. Next, use a flathead screwdriver to remove the rear cover and take out the old battery. Finally, replace it with a new one (model CR2032) and you're done.
