If the oil light on the instrument panel of your 2013 Chevrolet Cruze illuminates even after changing the oil and the related filter, you need to proceed with a manual reset. Let's discover how to do this quickly and correctly.

First, insert the key and turn on the instrument panel. Next, locate the "Menu" button situated in the centre of the left steering column and press it multiple times until the display shows the oil life remaining.

Finally, press and hold the "Set/Clr" button and release it as soon as the reset of the light is complete.
