In the following guide, find the procedure you need to follow to independently replace the small button battery inside the remote of your first series Chevrolet Cruze (year 2014). First, you need to have a new CR2032 battery available, then take the car remote and pull out the physical emergency key. Once done, remove the protective back cover of the remote and locate the exhausted battery.

Finally, replace it with the new one and reassemble the back cover.
