Open the hood and put on the special support rod. First you have to remove the front bumper, and to do this remove all the bolts and clips present in the two wheel arches, and which fix the bumper from underneath. Now move on to the upper part, or the screws that secure the bumper near the hood. The grill of the same is fixed by two torx t25, while the two lateral ones near the lights are t30. Unscrew them all, disconnect the light cables and you can finally remove the bumper. Remove the two 8 bolts securing the light from below and the two bolts securing it from the top.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
