To remove the climate control buttons from the Chrysler 200, pry with a tool like a screwdriver at the bottom of the panel to release its internal clips. This will allow you to pull the panel out of its housing and disconnect the connector at the back.

Now, connect the new panel with the buttons to that connector, ensuring it is properly seated in place. After installation, make sure all the new buttons function correctly.
