How to flush the coolant of a Citroen C4 Picasso MK1 1.6 HDi

In this video, we will see how to bleed the coolant on a Citroen C4 Picasso MK1 1.6 HDi: we start by lifting the vehicle at the front, holding it up with jack stands for added safety. We remove the plastic protection located under the engine. We disconnect the lower radiator hose and drain the coolant completely into a container (which will be disposed of at an authorized center). We fill the system with demineralized water through the expansion tank, start the engine, turn on the heater to the maximum, and circulate the water to clean the system. After cooling the engine, we collect the water along with the previously removed coolant. Now we fill it with the new specific coolant (which must comply with Citroen specifications) up to the MAX level. Now we locate the bleed screws: one is near the intake duct, and one is under the windshield. We open them until air bubble-free liquid comes out. Now we start the engine and accelerate with the heater on maximum, checking that the system functions correctly: turn off and top up if necessary.
