How do you remove the battery from a CITROËN C3 AIRCROSS?

To remove the battery, start by turning off the car and removing the key. Open the hood and locate the battery, which is usually covered by a plastic shield: remove it carefully. Use a 10mm wrench to first loosen the negative (-) terminal and then the positive (+) terminal to avoid short circuits. If there is a mounting bracket, loosen the bolt and remove it. At this point, lift the battery with caution (it is heavy, so be careful with your back!). If you need to replace it, insert the new one following the steps in reverse. Finally, make sure everything is securely fastened and try to start the car. If you do not feel confident in performing these operations on your own, contact a trusted mechanic.
