In this video, the YouTuber addressed the shortcomings of this version of the Citroen C3, which has a competitive price but lacks a standard infotainment screen. He utilized the integrated phone holder by using an old iPad case and a shaped piece of wood the size of the phone holder. He screwed the piece of wood onto the part of the case (protected with tape to avoid scratching the iPad) and inserted it into the open case. The block of wood gets wedged into the dashboard's phone holder, which holds it in place through friction, and once inside, it can be rotated to find the right angle. It connects to the internet via the phone's hotspot, and he created an automation so that when the iPad disconnects from the car's Bluetooth, it automatically locks the screen. It's a clever solution, but not very stable. We recommend purchasing a "brodit clip" that can be found on AliExpress for 40.09 euros (free shipping) with the code 1005010180810132. It costs a bit more but is plug & play, much safer, and aesthetically better.
