Carrying out the reset procedure for the service light on a 2006 Citroen C4 Picasso is extremely simple and quick to do independently. Insert the key into the ignition and turn on the instrument panel. Press the button with the spanner symbol located on the left side of the panel. Keep the button pressed for the duration of the service light reset update. Once the procedure is complete, release the button and restart the instrument panel. You may need to repeat the operation a second time if the mileage is not recorded on the first attempt; if the problem persists, a visit to the garage for a diagnostic check may be necessary.
