How to replace the key fob battery of a Citroen C3? This video details the process. Take your key fob and press the button to release the metal key. Once the key is extracted, use a lever to separate the two covers (as shown in the video). Remove the worn battery from the housing (after separating the two halves of the covers), take a new one of the same size and voltage. Refit the plastic battery holder into the key fob cover, then insert the metal key back into the cover. Check the proper functioning of the key fob.
