How to Replace the Key Fob Battery on a Citroen C3

Learn how to replace the battery in the key fob of a Citroen C3. Take your key fob and press the release button of the metal key. Once the metal key is out, use a screwdriver to pry between the two covers of the key (in the space where the metal key fits). Pry until the covers separate, then separate one of the covers into two and extract the worn battery with a screwdriver. Take a new battery of the same type and voltage. Reassemble the covers of your key fob by pressing on the key case until you hear it click into place. Check the correct operation of the key fob.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
