How to Top Up and Bleed the Cooling System on a Citroen Berlingo MK1

The video shows a procedure for topping up and bleeding the coolant on a Citroen Berlingo MK1: open the bonnet, open the expansion tank, and drain a small amount of fluid by disconnecting the lower radiator hose to release any trapped air in the system. Top up with antifreeze of the same colour as that in the expansion tank. Open the bleed valves until fluid comes out without bubbles, then close them. Continue to fill, squeezing the hoses to help expel air. Replace the cap, start the engine, and let it run at 2,000 rpm until the radiator fan comes on and then turns off by itself. Check the fluid level again and top up if necessary.
