How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter in a Citroen C4

To replace the cabin air filter in a Citroen C4, turn off the engine and open the bonnet. The pollen filter is accessible from the engine bay, at the base of the windscreen on the passenger side. Remove the rubber seal and unclip the insulating cover that prevents access to the housing. Then locate the rectangular filter cover and release it by acting on the relevant clips. Slowly extract the old filter element, taking care to note its installed position. Clean the inside of the housing, removing leaves, dust, and other debris, then insert the new filter respecting the airflow direction indicated by the arrows. Close the cover, reposition the removed cover and seal correctly, and turn on the ventilation to check its operation.
