We check the regularity of the surface as usual. Now with the appropriate tool we disassemble the valve and replace the valve guide ring. This operation must obviously be repeated for each of the other valves. We continue by inserting the gaskets of the intake duct which we will then reassemble on the head, always tightening the screws according to the technical specifications. We check the regularity of the surface of the engine block and fix the plates as shown in the images. Let's go over the screw seats with the die. After cleaning up any debris, insert the two bushings in the fixing holes. We turn the engine by hand making the pistons go down and remove the plates. We place the gasket on the engine block and then also the cylinder head. We prepare the screws and fix the cylinder head. Let's now insert the tips and plates that control the valves. We distribute special oil on the supports and position the camshafts. We spread some sealing material and more oil on the camshaft supports and fix the crankcase. We insert the rubber rings at the exit of each shaft and reassemble the toothed pulleys. We block the pulleys with the pins and insert the toothed belt. Verify correct assembly by turning the motor by hand. Lock the pulleys, insert the gasket and refit each of the two valve covers. Place the gasket and refit the exhaust manifold.
