Replacing the rear brake pads on a Citroen C4 Picasso? Here’s how to do it. Lift the car on a column lift to the desired height, then remove the wheel (using a socket wrench or air drill) along with the respective bolts. Unscrew the locking bolt of the brake caliper and detach it from the disc. Use a screwdriver to remove the pads from the wheel hub caliper, then fit the new pads onto the brake caliper. Reattach the brake caliper over the brake disc, tighten all the bolts, and refit the wheel. Replace the pads on the other parallel brake disc.
