How to Change the Rear Brake Pads on the Citroen C4 Picasso

In this video, we will see how to change the rear brake pads on the Citroen C4 Picasso. First, open the brake fluid reservoir located in the engine compartment, then remove the rear wheels, lift the support spring of the pads, and turn the wheel outward to pull the caliper towards you: the piston must retract. Remove the caps from the guide bushes and unlock the brake caliper: remove the caliper and take out the pads; to avoid damaging the flexible hose, tie the caliper to the shock absorber with a cable while performing the further operations. Clean the pad support with a wire brush, apply copper grease to the ends of the new pads, and position them starting with the outer one, then the inner one, and then you can put the caliper back in place. Reattach the bushes, replace the caps, remount the caliper support spring, and then the wheels. You are done.
