Removing the damaged speaker from a Xsara Picasso? Here’s how to take it out from inside the panel. Remove the plastic grille covering the speaker by pulling it off the door panel.

Use a screwdriver to unscrew the fastening screws around the speaker, then detach it from inside the door panel (disconnect the power connectors). Connect the new speaker to the electrical connectors, fit it into the cover panel, and screw in the fastening screws.

Turn on the car stereo and check the operation of the new speaker.
