Replacing the Gear Knob on a Citroen C3

Before starting the replacement of the gear knob on the Citroen C3, position the car on a level surface or on a ramp to work safely and stably. At this point, remove the base of the gear lever gaiter from its location, which in this case is the entire central console platform. This can be done using your fingers to unlock it along its perimeter. Then, disconnect the electrical connections for the controls and pull the knob from its position. To do this, turn it slightly clockwise and counterclockwise, then pull it out. Now, simply remove the gaiter base from the console cover, and you're done! To fit the new knob, repeat the same steps in reverse as shown in the images.
