To replace the battery in a Citroën C4 Cactus, open the bonnet to access the engine compartment and lift the cover at the front of the battery. This will allow you to disconnect the positive terminal, and then you will need to disconnect the negative terminal, which is connected at the back.

Once the battery cables are disconnected, you can loosen all the bolts that secure the battery in its housing. The old battery can then be removed and replaced with a new one, which will be properly connected and secured with the bolts.
