Installation of Brake Discs and Pads

Model: Citroen Berlingo MK 1 - Years 1996-2013

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands and remove the front wheel. Proceed to remove the brake caliper, extract the old pads, and detach the caliper bracket. Then, unscrew the disc retaining bolts and remove the disc from the hub. Before fitting the new disc, which must be cleaned of protective oil, clean the hub surface with a wire brush and apply grease. Install the disc, the caliper bracket, fit the new sliding shims, position the new pads, and retract the caliper piston before refitting.
