In this case, the roof was misaligned with the horizontal axis. The YouTuber then removed the side guide and replaced it, carefully reinserting it into place and securing the head of the guide to its stop. They did the same on the other side. With great care, they pulled the hood back over the vehicle's headlining. They then reinstalled the motor, completing the repair successfully.
