In this tutorial we can see how to replace the rear shock absorbers in the Citroen C3, an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all, we lift the side on which we will be working, taking all necessary safety measures, then we remove the wheel and remove the inner cover of the wheel arch. We then compress the suspension using a second jack, unscrew the upper fixing bolt with a 16mm socket wrench and, with two 21mm wrenches, unscrew the lower bolt. At this point we can remove the old shock absorber, place the replacement and follow the reverse procedure.
