To clean the airflow meter of the Citroen C4 Picasso 1.6 HDI, we open the hood of the engine compartment, disconnect the air intake tube, loosen the clamps of the tube from the turbo to the airflow meter and remove it, remove the plastic cover of the injection and unscrew the three screws that secure the airflow meter, disconnect the electrical connector and remove it. Using a dry contact cleaner, clean the central tab of the device and dry it with a low-pressure compressed air jet. Reassemble the airflow meter body by securing it with the screws, reconnect the electrical connector and reassemble the other components.
