Below we will see the main instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the turbocharger of the Citroen Berlingo 1.6 HDi. First, we open the hood of the vehicle and start disconnecting the rubber hose of the turbocharger, loosening the metal clamp; then we unscrew the screws of the exhaust gas recirculation manifold from the turbocharger, removing the metal partition first, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove and replace the turbocharger with the new one, as well as with the original one; we apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!
